Aria AI is a stable product. One of our core values is quality — we thoroughly test every release and stay pinned to a stable version until the next release has been fully verified. The underlying OpenClaw platform is in its early adopter phase (alpha), meaning things are changing fast — features are being added, refined, and sometimes reworked over the coming days, weeks, and months. There may be bugs, and more will be found along the way. Our team is working day and night to improve the platform as quickly as possible. Which AI models are available?

Aria supports all frontier AI models including OpenAI (GPT-4, etc.), Anthropic Claude, Google (Gemini), AWS Bedrock, Moonshot, Z.ai, and more. You can switch models anytime.

Is my data secure?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We do not store, process, or retain your chat data. The data you enter into the chat is processed through our servers and sent to the LLM provider via Amazon Bedrock, OpenAI, or Google, depending on the model selected. These providers do not store your inputs or outputs, do not use them to train any models, and model providers have no access to your prompts or completions. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. If you create an application, database, or other dataset on your Aria AI instance, that data is saved in a private environment and persists until your subscription is terminated or your environment is reset.

Do model providers sell, retain, or keep my conversations?

No. Amazon Bedrock does not store your inputs or outputs and does not use them for training. OpenAI does not train on API data by default and retains inputs temporarily (up to 30 days) for abuse monitoring only. Google does not train on paid API data and retains it briefly (up to 55 days) for safety monitoring. None of these providers sell your data or use it for advertising. Your conversations remain private between you and the platform.

Yes. Our unified AI gateway is designed to support multiple providers — including GPT, Claude, Gemini, Mistral, Llama, and more — all through a single OpenAI-compatible API endpoint. New models will be added as they become available.

How does the AI gateway work?

The AI gateway provides a single OpenAI-compatible API endpoint for accessing all available models. You do not need separate API keys or integrations for each provider. Just point your application at the gateway and select the model you want to use.

Aria AI is free to start — sign up and get $2 in AI tokens included. Upgrade to Pro at $19/month for more agents, a larger instance, and exposable ports.

How do AI credits work?

$1 of credits equals $1 of GenAI model spend, plus a 3% payment processing fee to cover credit card costs and a 3% platform fee, for a total of 5% in fees. There is no markup on model usage. Credits are consumed as you use AI models through the gateway. You can purchase additional credits anytime from your dashboard. With the 3% platform fee, you would need to spend ~$650 in AI model usage in a month to exceed the $20/month cost of the old payment model.

No. Credits never expire. Any unused credits remain in your account.

We accept all major credit and debit cards through our payment processor, Stripe. All transactions are processed securely.

What is your refund policy?

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for subscription fees or purchased AI credits under any circumstances. Once a payment is processed, it cannot be reversed, credited, or transferred.

What if I accidentally purchased credits?

We are unable to reverse credit purchases. We recommend reviewing your order carefully before confirming. Purchased credits remain in your account and can be used at any time since they do not expire.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will retain access until then. However, no partial or prorated refunds are issued for the remaining time in a billing cycle.

What counts as abuse of the platform?

Abuse includes but is not limited to: cryptocurrency mining, running denial-of-service attacks, distributing malware, scraping or data harvesting in violation of third-party terms, using the platform for illegal activity, attempting to circumvent spending limits or security controls, and excessive resource consumption that degrades service for other users.

What happens if my account is flagged for abuse?

Accounts flagged for abuse may be suspended or terminated without prior notice. Any remaining credits or subscription time on a terminated account are forfeited. We reserve the right to take action at our sole discretion to protect the platform and its users.
